Getting started with Juniper Health and Wellness is straightforward.

1. Join Membership

Start by becoming a Juniper member.

This gives you direct access to care, ongoing support, and a place to go when something changes.

Membership is simple, transparent, and designed to make care easier, not more complicated.

2. Initial Visit and Labs

Your first visit is where everything starts to be realized.

We take the time to understand:

  • What you are experiencing
  • What has changed
  • What you are trying to improve

From there, we may recommend labs or additional testing to better understand where you are today, what screenings could benefit you, and other resources to help us get you to your goal.

This is not a point-in-time action-it’s a process.
This is where clarity begins.

3. Your Plan

Once we have a clear picture, we build a plan around you.

This may include:

  • Lifestyle and recovery strategies
  • Lab-based insights
  • Targeted therapies like SoftWave or red light
  • Hormone or metabolic support if appropriate
  • Consulting/coaching strategies
  • Other resources/referrals with first-rate skillsets to answer more questions efficiently

No. The entire goal is to make your healthcare simpler, not more complex.  One phone number, texting, email – choose your preferred method of communication or use them all as the issue dictates.

Yes. Many concerns can be handled remotely, but if the concern would be better served face-to-face, we will let you know and make it happen.
