Because we are not billing insurance, we are not driven by volume or short visits. We are able to see fewer patients, spend more time with each one, and focus on what is actually going on.

You are not rushed, and you are not left figuring things out on your own.


Do you take insurance?

We do not bill insurance for our services. That allows us to spend more time with you, be more accessible, and focus on your care rather than what is covered.

You can still use insurance for things like labs, imaging, medications, and specialist care. We help you navigate those options so you are getting the best care at the best value.


Do I still need insurance?

Yes. Insurance is still important for major medical needs like hospital care, surgery, or advanced testing. Juniper Health and Wellness covers your day-to-day and ongoing care. Insurance is there for the unexpected.


What does access actually look like?

You have direct access to your provider when you need it. That can be in person, by phone, or through secure messaging. Visits are not rushed, and you are not waiting weeks to be seen. When something comes up, you have a place to go and someone who knows you.


What kind of things can you help with?

What happens if I need a specialist?

If you need a specialist, we help guide that process. Because we are independent, we are not tied to any one system. We can refer based on what is best for you, your location, and your coverage. You are not left trying to figure that out on your own.


Can I use services without becoming a member?

Yes. Some services, like SoftWave Therapy or Red Light Therapy, can be accessed on their own. Many people start there and choose to become members once they experience the difference.


How do I get started?

The easiest way to start is to schedule an intro visit. We take time to understand what you are looking for, answer your questions, and make sure it is the right fit. If it is, you can become a member the same day.


Is there a commitment?

There is a three-month minimum to start. This allows enough time to understand your health, build a plan, and begin to see progress. You can cancel anytime after that time period.
