No waiting weeks or months.
No rushed visits. Most visits are booked for 30 or 60 minutes
No figuring it out on your own and hoping for the best.
No fractured care and uncoordinated remedies
Just a better way to feel better and stay healthy.
Most healthcare is built around reacting to problems after they happen.
You wait until something is wrong.
You try to figure it out on your own
You get an appointment… sometime.
You get limited time.
You leave with more questions than clarity.
And when something small starts to change, you are often left to figure it out on your own.
That is not a system designed to keep you healthy.
At Juniper, we do things differently.
Instead of waiting for problems, we help you stay ahead of them.
Instead of rushed visits when available, you have access when you need it.
Instead of disconnected care, you have one place to go, the openness to discuss anything and everything, and one team that understands you.
When you join Juniper, you gain access to a better way to manage your health.
You are now part of a system focused on keeping you well.
For many people, Juniper replaces:
Instead, you have one place to start and a clear path forward.

Healthcare works better when there is:
Membership allows us to provide all four.
It creates a relationship where we can actually support your health, not just react to it.

Your membership is the foundation.
You can access additional services that support how your body functions, recovers, and performs. Some people start with a service and transition into membership once they see the value.
This includes:
These services can be accessed on their own, but they are most effective when part of a coordinated plan.
If you are already paying for:
Membership often becomes the simpler and more effective option.
It is simple, structured, and designed to work in real life.
Between work and kids, I kept putting my health off because it felt like too much to figure out. This was different. The first visit wasn’t rushed, we did labs, and I finally had clarity. We made a plan that fit my life. Now when something comes up, I don’t spiral or Google it—I just reach out and get an answer.
When appropriate, Juniper Health and Wellness members may be able to request care guidance or limited visit access for visiting family members. This is handled case by case and is one more way membership helps families feel supported when unexpected health issues come up.
We had family in from out of town for a wedding and they ended up with poison ivy! Super high-stress situation. We didn’t know where to go and insurance was really complicated because they were from out of town. Because I was a member, my family was able to get in and be taken care of. It saved the day! Huge member benefit I didn’t even know I had.
Having the right support makes a difference.

How is Juniper different from traditional primary care?
Juniper is a direct primary care model that is not insurance-based, which allows us to spend more time with you, provide direct access, and focus on your needs without the competing priorities and limitations of traditional healthcare systems.
Do I still need insurance if I join Juniper?
Yes. Direct primary care covers your day-to-day healthcare needs, but insurance is still important for things like specialists, imaging, or hospital care.
Do you take insurance?
We do not bill insurance for our services. This is how direct primary care keeps care simple, transparent, and focused on you. You can still use insurance outside of Juniper when needed.
What is included in a direct primary care membership?
Membership includes access to your provider, visits, guidance, and ongoing support.
Can I use HSA or FSA for direct primary care?
Yes. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds for membership and services, depending on their plan.
What if I need a specialist or additional care?
We help coordinate that process. Because we are independent, we work with everyone in any health system so we can guide you to the right providers and help you navigate next steps.
Do you offer virtual visits?
Yes. Many concerns can be handled virtually, making it easier to get help without needing to come into the office.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes. After the initial 3-month commitment, membership continues month to month and can be canceled at any time.
Do I have to be a member to use Juniper services?
Some wellness services may be available to non-members, including select regenerative and supportive therapies. However, membership is required for ongoing primary care, sick visits, after-hours medical guidance, and relationship-based support. Membership allows us to care for you before, during, and after health concerns arise — not just during a one-time appointment.
Can I come in for a one-time sick visit if I am not a member?
Juniper is not designed to function like urgent care or a walk-in clinic. Our membership model allows us to provide more personal, timely, and thoughtful care to the people we know and care for over time. If you are interested in becoming a member, we can help you understand whether Juniper is the right fit.
What if I only want a specific service like SoftWave or Red Light Therapy?
Services like SoftWave Therapy and Red Light Therapy are available without membership, but members receive additional support, guidance, and preferred access/pricing.
