Whether you are recovering from illness, preparing for travel, coming back from a demanding race or event, or looking for more efficient ways to support your body, our team helps you choose the right option based on what your body needs.

When your body is depleted, run down, or struggling to recover, drinking more water may not be enough.
IV therapy delivers fluids and targeted nutrients directly into the bloodstream, allowing your body to restore hydration, electrolytes, and supportive nutrients more efficiently.
This can be especially helpful when you are:

At Juniper Health and Wellness, IV therapy and injections are not treated like a menu you have to figure out alone.
We listen to what is going on, review your goals and symptoms, and help guide you toward the option that makes the most sense for your body.

Recovery became part of my training plan.
When I started training for longer races, I thought I had everything covered like nutrition, hydration, shoes, pacing, and recovery days. But at Juniper, we talked about what long-distance running can do to the body at a deeper level and how much support recovery really takes. Now I come in for IV support after training runs over 14 miles and after race day. It’s become part of how I take care of my body, not just how I push it.
Some nutrients are not well absorbed orally by every person. In those cases, injections may offer a more direct and efficient way to support your body.
At Juniper Health and Wellness, wellness injections may be used to support energy, recovery, immune function, antioxidant support, and overall cellular wellness.
Targeted injections may include:
Our team will help determine which option makes sense based on your symptoms, goals, health history, and lab work when needed.

B vitamins play an important role in energy production, nervous system function, metabolism, and overall wellness. For some people, oral supplements are not absorbed well or do not provide the support they are looking for.
B12, methylated B12, and B-complex injections may be considered for people who feel run down, depleted, low in energy, or who need more targeted nutrient support.
Glutathione is one of the body’s important antioxidant-support molecules. It plays a role in helping the body respond to oxidative stress, inflammation, detoxification demands, and recovery.
At Juniper, glutathione injections may be considered as part of a broader wellness plan for people looking for additional support with recovery, inflammation, immune function, or overall cellular health.
NAD is closely connected to mitochondrial function, cellular energy, and how the body repairs and responds to stress. Because NAD levels naturally decline with age, some people explore NAD support as part of a recovery, energy, or longevity-focused wellness plan.
When appropriate, NAD may be recommended to support cellular energy, mitochondrial function, and overall wellness.
You do not have to choose from a menu on your own. We will talk through how you are feeling, what you are trying to support, and what makes the most sense for your body.
At Juniper, the goal is not to give you more “stuff.” It is to help you choose the right support at the right time.
Do I need to know which IV or injection I want?
No. You do not need to choose from a menu on your own. We will talk through your symptoms, goals, health history, and reason for coming in, then recommend an option that makes sense.
Is IV therapy just hydration?
Hydration is part of it, but IV therapy may also include electrolytes and targeted nutrients depending on your needs.
Can IV therapy help after being sick?
It may help support hydration and recovery, especially after poor intake, vomiting, diarrhea, or feeling depleted. It is not a substitute for emergency care when symptoms are severe.
Can IV therapy help before a ski trip or altitude travel?
For some people, hydration and nutrient support before altitude exposure may help them feel better prepared. This can be especially relevant for Wisconsin travelers heading to higher elevations.
Are injections better than supplements?
Not always. But some people do not absorb certain nutrients well orally, or they prefer a targeted injection instead of taking another daily supplement.
Do I have to be a member?
Some IV therapy and injection services may be available to non-members. Ongoing medical care, sick visits, after-hours support, and care coordination are reserved for Juniper members.
